| T.O. Has Little Impact in Bill's Debut |
FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) -- Terrell Owens wasn't much good to the Bills in his Buffalo debut. Owens had two catches for 46 yards in Monday night's 25-24 loss to the New England Patriots, a quiet game for the usually talkative receiver. In all, Bills quarterback Trent Edwards only threw to Owens four times: He dropped a pass in the first half and was called for offensive pass interference in the fourth quarter, negating a 9-yard gain. Owens didn't have his first catch as a Bill until the last five minutes of the third quarter. It was his 184th consecutive game with a reception, and it put him into sixth place on the NFL career receptions list. He has 953 catches in his career. (Copyright 2009 by The Associated Press.
