| Vick Starts First Game Since 2006 |
UNDATED (AP) -- Michael Vick will start Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions. Eagles head coach Andy Reid says Vick is replacing Kevin Kolb, who is out with a concussion. This will be Vick's first NFL start since the final game of the 2006 season for Atlanta.
Vick missed the entire 2007 and 2008 season after he went to prison for his involvement in a dogfighting ring. The Eagles signed him last year and he played in 12 games for the team, mostly as an option in the wildcat formation.
