Tonight's High School Football (week 4)
The Western Big 6 Conference football season gets underway tonight, and the Galesburg Silver Streaks will be trying to end 20 years of frustration at Moline. 1992 was the last time the Streaks defeated the Maroons on the gridiron, and even though Galesburg's 2-1 record is better than Moline's 1-2 mark, GHS will be the underdog again in tonight's matchup.

United High School will induct three individuals into their Sports Hall of Fame this evening. Former coaches Donn Damos and Tim Engebretson, along with longtime supporter Mary McIntosh will be honored for their service and dedication to the student-athletes at halftime of the varsity football game tonight.
