| Lee Dominates as Phillies Take 1-0 Lead on Colorado in NLDS |
PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Cliff Lee's first postseason start was a gem and the Philadelphia Phillies are off and running in their defense of the World Series championship. Lee went the distance as the Phillies beat the Colorado Rockies 5-1 Wednesday afternoon. He was dominant in throwing a six-hitter while striking out five and walking none. Lee retired 16 batters in a row at one point and lost his shutout bid on a Troy Tulowitzki double with two outs in the ninth. Game 2 of the best-of-five NL division series is set for Thursday afternoon with Cole Hamels on the mound for the Phillies against Colorado's Aaron Cook.
