A Western Big-6 basketball star has chose the college he will attend. Rock Island guard Chasson Randle yesterday verbally committed to play at Stanford University in California. The 6'1" guard who carried the Rocks over Galesburg in last year's Regional Final reportedly chose Stanford over offers from Illinois and Purdue. The 2-time all-stater will lead Rock Island into Galesburg December 10th for the first of two games with the Silver Streaks this season. |
