Boys Basketball
Looking ahead to the basketball season, a change was made this week to the Galesburg boys basketball schedule. The game scheduled for December 4th at Metamora has been moved back one week to December 11th. Athletic Director Ralph Henning said yesterday that Metamora had a madrigal dinner on the 4th that would have forced it to be an early afternoon game. That scenario was complicated by the fact that the Silver Streaks would be coming off of a long road trip the night before to Quincy, so it worked better for both schools to move the game back to Dec. 11th. |
