White Sox Facing More Issues After Wild Season
CHICAGO (AP) -- With the tension between manager Ozzie Guillen and general manager Ken Williams, not to mention the wild swings in performance on the field, it's no stretch to say this was an eventful season for the Chicago White Sox.

With the season's end, the team has more issues to resolve.

Paul Konerko and A.J. Pierzynski, mainstays who helped Chicago win a championship in 2005, have expiring contracts and could be gone. So could closer Bobby Jenks, who is eligible for arbitration and dealt with several injuries.

One person who will be sticking around after an 88-win season and second-place finish in the AL Central is Guillen. All is apparently well between the outspoken manager and Williams. Guillen says recent talks showed they "really care about each other."
