STARS is a program that aims to ensure that all school age children have enough school supplies to begin the school year.  We are in our 14th year of serving all the children of Knox County including  ROWVA, Abingdon, and Knoxville.  The STARS program has been a success in the last thirteen years because people like you gave more supplies which are provided directly to the Knox County schools for distribution by the teachers and principals.
