Blago in Court Before Jury Gets Case
CHICAGO (AP) -- Rod Blagojevich has arrived at court to hear the judge give instructions to the jury that will decide if the former governor is guilty of corruption.

Blagojevich smiled as he and his wife walked past reporters waiting outside court, and noted there were few people watching his arrival.

When the trial was under way, Blagojevich would plunge into the waiting crowds to shake hands and sign autographs.

On Wednesday, an elderly woman told Blagojevich she was praying for him. He put his hand over his heart and said "thank you."

Blagojevich has pleaded not guilty to charges of scheming to sell or trade an appointment to the U.S. Senate seat Barack Obama gave up when he was elected president and illegally pressuring people for campaign donations.
