Candidate for 47th Senate Seat Gets an Endorsement
Randy Frese accepted Republican Representative Norine Hammond's endorsement for the 47th District Senate seat yesterday.

Hammond says that she and Frese share many similar ideas on the role of Illinois government.

Hammond went on to discuss her working relationship with incumbent Democratic Senator John Sullivan.

"Senator Sullivan and I work very well together we differ in a lot of our approaches to issues but we have always found common ground and we do work well together certainly."

Hammond says Frese's business and agricultural experience qualify him for the job.

Frese has served as Adams County Circuit court clerk for the last 7 years.
