The Monmouth College women's basketball team is hoping for a repeat performance at this weekend's Midwest Conference Championships in Mt. Vernon, Iowa. A year ago, they won the league tournament and earned their first trip to the NCAA Tournament. The Scots are 19-4 overall, but just 1-4 against the tournament field, which includes league champion Cornell, along with St. Norbert and Carroll. Monmouth will meet St. Norbert in the first round tomorrow night at 7pm.
