Strahlman, Jeanette P.

Jeanette P. Strahlman, 71, of Galesburg passed at 8:47 a.m. Wednesday, March 19 at Marigold Health Care Center in Galesburg.She was born September 18, 1942 in Abingdon, IL to parents Tony Barringer and Myrtle Keller and married Wilbur Strahlman in 1963. He preceded her in death on February 2, 1989.

Jeanette is survived by two sons, Rodney (Jeanne) Strahlman of Galesburg and Robert (Dawn Schaaf) Strahlman of Davenport, IA; five grandchildren, Robert Lloyd (Amanda) Davis, Jr., James Edward (Kira) Davis, Robert Gene Strahlman, Nikki Marie Strahlman, and Stephanie Jane Schaaf; as well as four great-grandchildren Robert Lloyd Davis, Marah Kay Davis, James Edward Davis, and Michael Davis.

She was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.

Cremation has been accorded. Watson-Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory is handling arrangements with the family. A celebration of life is scheduled for 5 p.m. Saturday, March 29 at Four Square Gospel Church. Expressions of sympathy may be given to the family at www.watsonthomas.com
