The GHS Silver Streaks Girls beat the Rock Island Alleman Pioneers tonight 57-30. This makes the Streaks 18-2 for the season and 4-2 in the Western Big 6 Conference while the Pioneers fall to 13-6 for their season and 3-3 in the conference. The Streaks will be playing again Saturday morning in the Martin Luther King Tournament against Peoria at John Thiel Gymnasium. The pre-game is set for 8:40am with a tip scheduled to take place at about 9am.
