All Seasons Tanning and Beauty Salon Abruptly Closes Doors

As of Wednesday, All Seasons Tanning and Beauty Salon on North Henderson Street has closed to it’s customers and the location is up for auction.A sign was placed on the door by Shop Owner A.J. Marty that stated that she was “legally advised” to close the shop on Tuesday afternoon. The sign notes that customers needing reimbursements would be contacted personally.

Marty included a personal note that read “Please Know I have exhausted every possible scenario to keep my business open, but the upcoming property auction or sale facilitated the immediate closing.”

The property is owned by Circle K and is being auctioned off on August 10th at 9 a.m. through Williams and Williams Worldwide Real Estate Auction. The location also included Voorhees Home Improvement, though it is unclear as to when they closed.

According to the auction website, the Henderson street All Seasons property is part of a Circle K Surplus Property Auction that includes 26 locations in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, and Missouri.

The currently standing Circle K on Henderson street is not a part of the sale, just the All Seasons building next door.
