St. Louis Rams to Practice at Scott Air Force Base

SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. (AP) — Twenty-two military personnel from Scott Air Force Base will join the St. Louis Rams on the practice field as the team prepares for the start of the NFL season.

The Rams’ annual practice walk-through is scheduled to begin Wednesday evening at the southwestern Illinois base. Players will sign autographs following the one-hour session.

The practice marks the Rams’ second preseason event with members of the military this summer. The team visited the Naval Air Station Point Mugu in Oxnard, California following a two-day joint practice with the Dallas Cowboys in August.
