Blackhawks bow to Kings, 3-2

Marian Gaborik scored the tying goal with 5:55 left in the third period and got the game-winner 2:04 into overtime, lifting the Los Angeles Kings to a 3-2 victory over the Chicago Blackhawks Saturday night.

Chicago right wing Patrick Kane broke an NHL record for American-born players with a point in his 19th consecutive game, scoring on a power-play and assisting on Niklas Hjalmarsson’s first goal of the season.
