78-year-old Arlington Heights man dies from exposure to cold

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. (AP) — Authorities have determined that a 78-year-old Arlington Heights man died from hypothermia and exposure to cold.

The (Arlington Heights) Daily Herald reports that the Cook County medical examiner’s office ruled Marvin Miller’s death as accidental. An autopsy determined that cardiovascular disease was a contributing cause of death.

Miller was found outside his home early Thursday. He was transported to a hospital.
