Roberta J. Tapscott 86 of Alpha died April 15, 2016 at 3:15 p.m. at Trinity Medical Center in Rock Island, Il. She was born November 12, 1929 the daughter of Leslie and Opal (Jenkinsen) Munson. She married Willie Thurman Tapscott April 21, 1946 at the Methodist church in Monmouth, Il.
She is survived by her husband of Alpha, her children Judy (Lou) Sawkins of Bettendorf, IA; Suzanne (Mike) Fisher of Oquawka, Il; Rodney (Peggy) Tapscott of Port Byron, Il; Scotty (Janice) Tapscott of Silvis, IL and Penny (Jon) Bishop of Bettendorf, Ia.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday April 20, 2016 at the Wise Family-Hoover Hall Funeral Home in Monmouth, Il. Visitation will be held Tuesday Evening from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 pm at the Funeral Home.
