CHICAGO (AP) — Illinois and Northwestern will be part of a basketball doubleheader in Chicago in December.
Illinois will face Brigham Young and Northwestern will take on Dayton on December 17th at the United Center in the inaugural State Farm Chicago Legends.
Steve Skinner is CEO of KemperLesnik, the Chicago-based sports marketing agency producing the event. He said he hopes to turn the doubleheader into an annual event that celebrates Chicago’s basketball heritage.
