The warmest weekend of the year so far will greet the area’s American Legion baseball teams beginning Friday evening. In Galesburg, Post 285 will host Moline for a pair of games beginning at five o’clock. Galesburg will also be at home for a doubleheader with Lincoln tomorrow afternoon, and Rock Island will visit on Sunday. Other legion baseball matchups for the weekend include Oneida Post 727 playing at the Greenville Tournament, and Abingdon Post 381 hosting Monmouth Post 136 Friday at 5:30.
