Mr. Francis W. “Frank” Wynkoop, 88 of Wataga, Ill., died Sunday, August 7, 2016 at 7:55 p.m. at Unity Point Health Center in Peoria, Ill.Cremation will be accorded. Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 15, at Wataga Cemetery with military rites by VFW 2257/American Legion 285 Veterans Honor Guard. Rev. David Cramer will officiate.
