
Twenty-two-year-old Eric D. Robinson faces aggravated discharge of a firearm and aggravated battery with a firearm charges.
Robinson, 27-year-old Maurice V. Chester Williams and 24-year-old Andrew White III were all taken to OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, May 22nd, after police found Williams with a gunshot wound on East South Street.
At the time, Robinson was in serious condition and White was in critical condition. No arrests were initially made and there has been no update on White’s condition.
Knox County Judge Stephen Mathers quoted a court document today in court saying that Robinson is believed to have shot Williams in the chest and legs. Based on a previous case, he set bond at $762,500 and appointed a public defender.
Eighteen-year-old Taydem Devlin also appeared via video conference and was charged for aiding a fugitive for covering for Robinson when police issued a search for him Sunday.
