An East Peoria man was arrested Friday night on a warrant that leads back to an August crash.
Thirty-one-year-old Cyle Simpson appeared via video in Knox County Circuit Court this afternoon.
Simpson faces criminal damage to property alongside a number of lesser charges for crashing his truck into a garage at 100 Oakview Dr. in Knoxville and causing damage to items inside of that garage.
Bond was already set at $100,000 when the warrant was issued which was continued today.
Judge Stephen Mathers appointed a public defender in the case and set Simpson’s next court date for Wednesday at 11 a.m.
