Thomas “Buddy” Harkless, 84, of Oquawka, IL formerly of Maquon, IL died at 7:30 a.m., Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at the Schlotzhauer Home in Oquawka.
He was born July 17, 1932 in Peoria, IL the son of George and Marjorie (Downard) Harkless.
Thomas served with the United States Air Force.
Thomas worked for Butler Manufacturing in Galesburg for 21 years.
Survivors include his sister, Lois Harkless of Peoria along with several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 12 brothers and sisters.
Cremation has been accorded. No services are planned at this time. Memorials may be given to the Schlotzhauer Home in Oquawka, IL.
