Mr. Willard E. Mowder, 95, of Galesburg, Illinois died at 1:30 pm Monday, October 3, 2016 in Rosewood Care Center.Cremation will be accorded. Memorial services will be held 11 am Thursday, October 6, 2016 at the Pekin First Church of the Nazarene.
There will be no visitation. Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel is handling arrangements for the family.
