Phyllis I. Douglas, 74, of Galesburg, died at 10:42 a.m. Tuesday, January 3, 2017 in Galesburg Cottage Hospital.Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Monday, January 9, 2017 in Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Daniel Siems will officiate. There will be no visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to Clark Court. Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel is handling arrangements for the family.
