Paul R. Carlson, 62, of New Windsor, Illinois died Saturday, January 28, 2017 at his home. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 3, 2017 at Alpha United Methodist Church. Burial is in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery in North Henderson, Illinois where graveside military rites will be conducted.
