WGIL was at the annual “Hands Around the Courthouse” event promoting child abuse prevention.
The ceremony started with Erin Olson talking about the evolution of the event, and reading a mayoral proclamation.
Galesburg Police Detective Todd Olinger was the keynote speaker.
