Former Carl Sandburg College president Dr. William “Bill” Anderson was on campus Tuesday for a ceremony dedicating the historical artifacts he donated back to the college — items ranging from items relating to Carl and Helga Sandburg, to books and postcards among other things.
During a speech at the ceremony, Anderson says his desire to collect started with the great national past-time.
