Will Galesburg become a Fine-Free Library?

The Galesburg Public Library Board of Trustees is considering a proposal to eliminate almost all overdue fines at the library.  Library Director Harriet Zipfel talks about it with Will Stevenson on Galesburg’s Evening News.
