Ryan Hellenthal is a 1997 graduate of Galesburg High School. He has spent the past 15 years as an assistant basketball coach at all levels of college basketball. His stops included Division I Long Beach State and Boise State. He returned to his roots last year as an assistant at Division II Quincy University. Last week he was named the program’s head coach. Tom Meredith talked with Ryan about his journey and new adventure on “Galesburg’s Morning News”.
