In the first hour, Will talked with Tracy Tholin, a Court Services Therapist with the 9th Judicial Circuit. She helps juvenile offenders hopefully not become repeat offenders of certain crimes.
In the second hour, we talked about local economic development initiatives with Ken Springer, president of the Knox County Area Partnership for Economic Development.
