Leslie Christine Sadilek-Sampson, 65, of Galva, died at 2:10 a.m., Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Toulon Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.
Cremation will be accorded and a Celebration of her Life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 16 at the Galva Congregational Church. Pastor Bob Curry will officiate. Later her ashes will be committed in a traditional Hawaiian ceremony in Hilo, HI. Memorials may be directed to the family for a memorial to be established. Rux Funeral Home in Galva is in charge of arrangements.
