At a time when people seem to keep threatening to leave Galesburg and Illinois — but seemingly never do — Kate Bullis is doing the opposite. The Galesburg native has moved back to town from Indianapolis, and has become owner of her own business: KWB Paints on Main (Formerly Olson Paint).
