Legislation passed by the Illinois House Friday and moves to the Senate would allow high school students participating in their graduation ceremonies to wear their military uniforms. The legislation was authored by State Rep. Dan Swanson, who talks about it and other legislation he’s working on with Will Stevenson on Galesburg’s Evening News.
