A video circulating since Saturday on social media shows a Galesburg Police officer applying “use of force” on a man who was first pulled over allegedly for texting while driving, but allegedly resisted arrest after drugs allegedly were found in the vehicle. Galesburg Police Chief David Christensen and Captain Rod Riggs both believe officers did exactly what they needed to do, and talk about it with Will Stevenson on Galesburg’s Evening News.
