SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (AP) – A former Illinois House leader has been cleared of sexual harassment by the legislative inspector general.

Dorothy Irene Adams, 88, of Galesburg, died at 2:50 a.m. Thursday, September 6, 2018 at home with her children by her side.
