A familiar voice formerly heard on our airwaves has passed away. Ray Smith was a versatile news and sports broadcaster as well as a morning show host. Former WGIL program director and general manager Jon Raymond joined Tom Meredith on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to share some memories.
