Mrs. Patsy Anne Baysingar, 82, of Galesburg, Illinois died at 7:30 am Sunday, September 16, 2018 at her home.She was born May 6, 1936 in Peoria, Illinois the daughter of William and Mary Agnes Hall Bastian. She married Leslie Eugene Baysingar on October 2, 1955 in Bartonville, Illinois. He preceded her in death on January 7, 2007. Patsy is survived by her daughter, Dr. Christine M. Baysingar of Galesburg. She is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, her son, Kenneth in 1973 and her sister, Lucy McCabe. Patsy worked in retail for various stores throughout Galesburg. She worked for Fashion Bug in the Sandburg Mall for several years, retiring in 2007. She graduated from the first graduating class at Limestone High School in 1954. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She enjoyed spending time with her dogs. Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 am Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 pm Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremation Services.
