CHICAGO (AP) – The Illinois Commerce Commission is planning a policy session on transportation electrification.
Acting commissioner Anastasia Palivos will lead the discussion Tuesday in the ICC main hearing room.
The hearing is intended to expand on the one Palivos had last spring on electric vehicles. This one will include discussion of benefits of and barriers to electrification of public transportation and vehicle fleets.
Pavilos and her staff recently published an article in Utility Drive comparing electric vehicle use in China, Norway and the U.S.
