Sam Burdick has worked in the bar business locally for more than 20 years. After a short stint away, he and his wife have now opened The Bar 65 on south Cherry Street in downtown Galesburg. Sam joined Tom Meredith on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to talk about the newly opened venture.
