CHICAGO (AP) – A Gettysburg Address rap by Broadway in Chicago’s “Hamilton” star Miguel Cervantes, Illinois-bred rockers REO Speedwagon and a cast of Prairie State celebrities will highlight the state’s 200th birthday party Dec. 3.
