The “Gift of Lights” returns to Lincoln Park this Friday for the first of three consecutive weekends. This is the second year of the event. Organizer Mona Magness says they have doubled the number of displays from last year. Mona joined Tom Meredith on “Galesburg’s Morning News” with the details.
