The annual Thomas B. Herring Award Community Service Award was presented at the Galesburg Area Chamber of Commerce annual luncheon. Knox College Director of Government and Community Affairs Karrie Heartlein is this year’s recipient. Karrie joined Tom Meredith on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to talk about the award and being involved in the community.
