Teachers in suburban Chicago vote to end strike

GENEVA, Ill. (AP) – Classes will resume in the Chicago suburb of Geneva for nearly 6,000 students after teachers voted in favor of an agreement between their union and the school district.

CHICAGO (AP) – A former personal injury lawyer in Chicago who created a cape-wearing character to drum up business has pleaded guilty to keeping secret from clients’ settlements he’d reached and keeping the settlement money for himself.
