David M. “Dave” Kellogg, 49, of Monmouth, IL, passed away at 4:00 p.m., Monday, January 7, 2019 at his home at Lake Warren, Monmouth.A Celebration of Life will be 2:00 pm Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Carl Sandburg College in Galesburg. Pastor A.J. Reynolds of Harvest Bible Chapel in Monmouth will officiate with reflections by his son, Daniel; former Carl Sandburg President, Dr. Lori Sundberg; and fellow Sandburg instructors, G.W.
