Mrs. Penny S. Smallwood, 70, of East Galesburg, Illinois died 1:15 p.m. Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Richard L. Owens Hospice House in Peoria, Illinois. Cremation will be accorded. Celebration of Penny’s life will be held 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, January 19, 2019 at St. Mary’s Chapel in Knoxville, Illinois. Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremation Service Galesburg Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
