David R. Smith, 75, of Monmouth, IL, passed away at 1:00 p.m., Monday, December 10, 2018 at home after a long battle with cancer.
As per his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. A gathering of family and friends will be 5:30-7:30 p.m., Saturday, January 19, 2018 at the Monmouth American Legion, 1110 North 11th St, Monmouth.
