Jimmy’s Pizza and it’s owners Jim and Deb McCormick went through a rough period when the original restaurant in Wataga burned down. They even contemplated going in a different direction with their lives. But they now have a renewed energy with the opening of their new restaurant in Galesburg. Jim McCormick joined Tom Meredith on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to talk about the new venture which includes a lunch buffet.
