Penni Romero has lived in the Omaha, Nebraska area for 36 years, but still comes back to her native Abingdon several times a year. Robero lives pretty close to what has been some major flooding in Nebraska, and talks about what she’s seen and heard with Will Stevenson on Galesburg’s Evening News.
